They deliberately mislead customers about gold purity and carat, refuse to issue bills, and tamper with the weight of gold during repairs. When confronted, they show no accountability or professionalism and dismiss all complaints. Their practices are deceptive and dishonest — a clear case of cheating customers. I strongly warn everyone to stay away from this shop; they are scammers and cannot be trusted."

"Very unprofessional and misleading price, also the quality of gold is not good , I bought a nose ring and that got broken in 1st use when I asked to exchange it they denied and said there is no guarantee of breaking and I had to pay 3500 extra for .55 gm 18 karet gold. So basically I bought 0.55 gm 18 k gold in 10000 rs from Manoj jwellers.that ridiculous. Very disappointed 😞."

Before repair, the chain weight was around 3.5 gm, but after repair, it came back only 2.71 gm. They did not provide any slip/bill and completely refused to accept their mistake. ❌ No transparency ❌ No proper slip/bill ❌ Zero customer value Not a safe place to trust with your gold."
